- The International Tourism Film Festival, organized by Tanıtmader, will be held in May 2025. The deadline for applications is May 15, 2025.

- Contestants can participate in a maximum of 3 different categories.

- There is no limit on the number of entries.

- The director, producer, or author must be listed to represent the work in the competition.

- There is no time limit in any category.

- There are no technical specification restrictions for the preliminary selection.

- English subtitles are preferred. Films that cannot be prepared will still be considered.

- For preliminary selection applications, it is sufficient to send the film via Wetransfer, Vimeo, YouTube, etc., or by sending the links to alternative uploads.

- The festival committee will send a technical request form for films that pass the preliminary selection.

- Films must meet international broadcasting criteria, not contain pornographic content, adhere to general moral rules, and not harm the psychology of children and society.

- The Festival Board reserves the right to exclude films from the festival that do not comply with the festival's regulations in terms of content or technical quality. The official languages ​​of the festival are Turkish and English.

- The festival committee may use a 30-second excerpt from all submitted films for promotional purposes.

- The festival committee reserves the right to change all rules and content without prior notice.

- Winning films will be notified in writing by the festival committee. No announcement or notification will be made for other non-winning films.

- All submitted films have the right to be screened by the festival committee at all events, meetings, conferences, university workshops, and venues within the scope of the festival.

- The festival committee has the authority to organize all screenings without prior notice.

- The representative of the winning films is obligated to attend the award ceremony.

- Participants in International Tourism Film Festivals outside of the Turkish stage must inform Tanıtmader in advance.

- Tanıtmader may send the film to other country stages with prior notification.
